12 week Boot Camp focused on weight loss and overall better fitness , with a different theme for each week. Bootcamp sessions are 45-60 minutes long, 5 days a week with no limitation to the amount of sessions you are allowed to attend. Boot camp participants are also given access to the bootcamp facebook group where there will be activities they can participate in outside of the sessions, including nutritional tips and exerise pointers. The book camp will provide also provide fitness programs upon request.
